Terms of sale.
These terms describe the planned sale of the workforce loadout by donniedice. Production purchasing is not yet available; review the final terms when checkout opens.
The product
The package is a digital software deliverable: Terraform/OpenTofu infrastructure, role configurations, managed agent policies, curated skill packages, deployment scripts, and operator documentation. It is not a hosted service, and the price does not include hosting, GitLab accounts, model credits, or managed operations.
License
License scope and redistribution terms will be included with the reviewed release and shown before a production purchase. Website design and copy are separate from the workforce software package.
Payment and delivery
Square is the intended payment processor. Production checkout and digital fulfillment are not yet enabled. Delivery terms will be shown before payment opens; do not treat the sandbox preview as a purchase.
As-is; no refunds
The loadout will be provided as-is. Support consists of the included setup and operator documentation. The intended policy is no refunds or exchanges, subject to applicable law and the final checkout terms.
Before purchase, the public requirements overview describes the infrastructure and accounts you will need. The detailed setup guide is part of the customer package. Provider costs, quotas, availability, and data policies are between you and your providers.
Software boundary
You are responsible for your cluster, identities, credentials, model-provider accounts, and review and release decisions. The workforce software is published by donniedice; website-design copyright is separate from the software package.
